The Valiant bar will be open on Sunday 20th of September from 2pm til 10pm serving cider and apple juice as well as other beverages and cocktails. This coincides with Apple Day which is also taking place on that day at the Orchard Millennium Green.
Our theme this time is ‘The Yanks are back in Town’. This reflects the time in the 1940s when the American soldiers used to drink in the Valiant Soldier and called the strong cider ‘Invasion Juice’! Best dressed wins a prize!
Wintertide in Buckfastleigh was a great success and we look forward to being part of this celebration again in 2026. We will open again for visitors to take a tour of our fascinating museum.
We also look forward to being part of Buckfastleigh’s magical Christmas Fair, held the first week of December.
